ALS Food

ALS Food came with a unique request: “We want a food ordering website, but it must be connected to our logistics platform.” For a small business expanding fast, they needed a system that could showcase meals, accept orders, and integrate into a delivery workflow.

The design phase went smoothly, but the challenge was connecting WordPress to an external logistics platform using custom frontend code. The API documentation had gaps, and testing environments were unstable at times. There were days I had to rewrite entire snippets of code just to make the integration respond correctly.

Eventually, after several tests and debugging sessions, everything synced perfectly — orders from the WordPress site flowed into the logistics system, giving ALS Food the real-time operational structure they wanted.

This project taught me patience, clean debugging, and the importance of writing modular code. Anytime I face API integrations now, I approach them with more skill, clarity, and confidence because of ALS Food.
